After I've been questioning my professional situation for 2 years now and several applications followed with rejection, I had somehow lost my orientation and perspective and then clung to the idea of coaching as a straw. And what can I say - both the decision for the coaching itself and, above all, the decision to do this with Vanessa was more than right.Even during the introductory meeting, I had a direct connection to Vanessa and was able to tell her quite freely and openly about my current situation and what moves me. And our joint coaching appointments that followed were just as relaxed and open.With her style, Vanessa creates a safe and familiar space very, very well, in which one can speak completely openly and honestly about everything. Our conversations are like talking to a friend and asking her for advice. She listens very carefully and steers the conversation in the right direction at all times in an organic and solution-oriented manner, gives new food for thought and approaches to look at topics differently or to approach them differently and always holds the mirror up to you very well, so that you also find yourself encounters new knowledge and insights.As a result, I have been able to learn a lot of new things in general, but also about myself and from myself in the past few weeks. I discovered facets, qualities and values in myself that I would never have gotten to without the coaching and Vanessa played a huge part in that.
